Scott Barlow — Vice President, Sales <strong>and</strong> Product Management, Reflexion, <strong>Inc</strong>.<br />

In his current role at Reflexion, Scott Barlow is responsible for providing hosted email compliance<br />

<strong>services</strong> to the SMB market. He currently serves as the Vice Chair of the IT Security Group at<br />

CompTIA <strong>and</strong> has been named a CRN Channel Chief the past three years, <strong>and</strong> one of MSP<br />

Mentor’s 250 executives, entrepreneurs <strong>and</strong> experts shaping the global managed <strong>services</strong><br />

market. Scott holds a master’s degree in business administration <strong>and</strong> a master’s degree in<br />

geophysics from Boston College.<br />

Sally Coon — Vice President of Operations<br />

In November 2008, Sally Coon joined TeamLogic IT as the Vice President of Operations. Her<br />

experience in the franchise industry began nearly 25 years ago when she owned a mailing<br />

<strong>services</strong> franchise business. She then worked for AlphaGraphics as a business consultant <strong>and</strong><br />

joined Sir Speedy in 1994, holding several positions including expeditor, business <strong>services</strong><br />

manager, U.S. operations manager, assistant vice president <strong>and</strong> then vice president of franchise<br />

support <strong>and</strong> training.<br />

Denise Denton — Director of Marketing<br />

Denise Denton joined <strong>Franchise</strong> Services in 2004 <strong>and</strong> was appointed TeamLogic IT’s Director of<br />

Marketing in 2011. She also continues to serve as the Director of Marketing Communications<br />

for all FSI br<strong>and</strong>s. Denise’s marketing career begin in the early ‘80s when she worked for many<br />

start-up computer software companies bringing new, emerging products to market through<br />

advertising, direct marketing, tradeshows <strong>and</strong> events, <strong>and</strong> public relations. Prior to joining FSI she<br />

worked for Ameristar Casinos overseeing all marketing projects for six hotel/casino properties,<br />

<strong>and</strong> for Encore Productions, a video production/corporate events company. Denise holds a<br />

bachelor’s degree in marketing management from Bentley University.<br />

Nancy Hammervik — Senior Vice President, Industry Relations, CompTIA<br />

Nancy Hammervik is responsible for elevating the association’s public profile among its<br />

membership <strong>and</strong> across the IT industry. She is the principal liaison between members <strong>and</strong> the<br />

association; helps shape CompTIA educational programs <strong>and</strong> association initiatives for the IT<br />

channel; <strong>and</strong> acts as an advocate on behalf of members <strong>and</strong> the broader industry. She joined<br />

CompTIA in 2011 after a 20-plus year career with Everything Channel, a top provider of IT<br />

channel-focused events, media, research, consulting <strong>and</strong> sales <strong>and</strong> marketing <strong>services</strong>. Most<br />

recently, she was senior vice president, events, focusing on large scale, regional, community,<br />

virtual <strong>and</strong> custom events that brought together leading executives in the high tech industry.<br />

Hammervik is a graduate of the University of Delaware, where she received a bachelor’s degree in<br />

Business <strong>and</strong> Marketing. Nancy resides in Bethpage, New York.

Melissa Gray Hockenberry — Customer Experience Director, Autotask<br />

Melissa Hockenberry has a broad range of experience working with <strong>and</strong> training Autotask<br />

customers. From her start with the company in 2004 as the first product support specialist to<br />

her roles as the product support manager <strong>and</strong> an implementation manager, she has worked to<br />

blend sound business advice with a strong underst<strong>and</strong>ing of Autotask to all customers. In her 15<br />

Jay McBain — Speaker, Author <strong>and</strong> Co-founder of ChannelEyes<br />

250 Managed Services Executives in the global MSPmentor list. He is often sought out for keynotes<br />
