Description
Subject of the invention consists in two types of systems
expander-barbell witch have two sliding handles. The handles
are connected by two springs that maintain a minimum distance
from the center of the bar in the first example , or linking them to
the extremities of the bar in the second example. Handles allow
adding weights to external disks.
