The innovate concerned with biofungicide for controlling of<br />

blight disease of plants as strawberry as an alternative to<br />

chemical fungicides and increasing in bio-farming. The<br />

blight is caused by the fungal Phomopsis obscurans which<br />

affects leaves , branches during growth in the field and<br />

Botrytis cinerea which effects fruits during the period of<br />

growth and post harvest. Biofungicide is consistent of<br />

biopolymers auto formulation (Polysaccharide-peptide<br />

mixture) of Rhodotorula glutinis when grown in a medium<br />

with excess fructose as carbon source and soybean as<br />

nitrogen source . Bio-fungicides that is harmless human and<br />

the environment as well as crop output and export .<br />

Description<br />

The invention is the elaboration of nutritive medium for<br />

fungal strain Fusarium gibbosum CNMN FD 12 submerged<br />

cultivation with including of coordination compounds of Co<br />

(III) with dioximes and fluorinated anions<br />

[Со(DH)2·(Thiо)2]F[PF6]·nH2O. The proposed medium<br />

ensures the increase with 56.36 - 58.92% of neutral proteases<br />

biosynthesis and reducing with 24 h of producer growing<br />

duration.<br />
