Description<br />
Among the existing Surface Finish layer, G-NOSF<br />
material is the cheapest resource that can be readily found<br />
in natural source. G-NOSF is not harmful and toxic to the<br />
living. It can decomposed and easily disposable. It can be<br />
casted on metal surface (Copper) with various techniques<br />
with preferable thickness. As G-NOSF is made from<br />
elastic material (Natural Rubber), it will help the bulk<br />
solder to wet easily without slip to each other. Preparation<br />
of G-NOSF is simple and fast, hence, it is very convenient<br />
to our user to change the existing Surface Finish to our<br />
product as it will not take much cost.<br />
