The technology is based on the use of Saccharomyces<br />

carlsbergensis CNMN-Y-15 yeast strain, material for<br />

inoculum producing, fermentation on the efficient nutritive<br />

medium MN-3 and utilization of new procedures for<br />

extraction of biologically active products from microbial<br />

biomass. Bioproducts BILEV with increased content of<br />

ergosterol and others bioactive compounds (proteins,<br />

essential amino acids, lipids, carbohydrates) are proposed to<br />

obtain various pharmaceutical preparations.<br />
