with which thermodynamic and kinetic equations<br />

describing the dynamics of mineral processes and the<br />

chemical and mineralogical analysis accuracy. The<br />

method described in the invention includes<br />

methodological details for each step of work,<br />

specifications about the optim selection way of minerals<br />

equilibriums and inter-phases distribution processes in<br />

relation the type and spatial extent of geological deposits,<br />

guidance on how to achieve the estimations and the<br />

relative imprecision level of them according to<br />

thermodynamic and kinetic models, the applicability limits<br />

of the method, respectively.<br />

The invention relates to a method of selective separation<br />

and differential determination of types and contents of<br />

heavy metals speciation and distribution forms in soils.<br />

The method can be used at: (i) estimation of direct and<br />

indirect risk potential of heavy metals in vegetables<br />

cultures; (ii) establish real tolerance levels of soil – water<br />

– plants systems towards heavy metals; (iii) determination<br />

of geochemical mobility and effective biodisponibility of<br />

heavy metals in soil – water – plants systems. The method<br />

described in this invention is based on: (i) separation of<br />

heavy metals occurrence forms in soils – by grain-size<br />

fractionation and by magnetic method of soil samples,<br />

followed by the differential separation using sequential<br />

solid-liquid extraction (in 7 steps) coupled with extraction<br />

in aqueous two-phase systems: organic polymer<br />

(polyethylene glycol, polyvinyl alcohol) - inorganic salt<br />

(Na2SO4, K2HPO4); (ii) determination of types and<br />
