Automobilhersteller entwickelt das in Lebach
(Saarland) ansässige Unternehmen u.a. auch spezielle
Anlagen für den Rennsport. Grundlage sind
jahrzehntelange Erfahrungen des Firmeninhabers
Rainer Bastuck im Motorsport. So wird das Lebacher
Unternehmen 2007 offizieller Partner der ADAC Procar
Rennserie und offizieller Lieferant des Honda Civic
Cups – für den eine komplette Edelstahl-Sportauspuffanlage
entwickelt wurde.
Neu ist auch die Kooperation mit der Firma HJS, erste
Adresse in Sachen Katalysatoren und Russpartikelfilter
in Europa. Sauberkeit und Leistung – Begriffe, die
durch die Zusammenarbeit Realität werden. Beide
renommierten Hersteller im Bereich der Abgastechnik
arbeiten an neuen Anlagen um eine bessere Leistungsausbeute
bei einem optimierten Abgasverhalten zu
erzielen. Sowohl bei der Dieseltechnologie als auch
bei herkömmlichen Ottomotoren gehen beide
Unternehmen gemeinsame Wege bei Forschung und
Entwicklung.
Die Erfahrungswerte von Bastuck im Motorsport
fließen auch in die Serienproduktion mit ein.
Seit 1991 werden Edelstahl-Auspuffanlagen mit
höchster Präzision (zertifiziert nach ISO 9001 - 2000)
am Firmenstandort Lebach gefertigt. Einmalig in
Deutschland ist, dass von der Planung, Konzeption
über Tests bis hin zur Produktion alles aus einer Hand.
Eine hohe Flexibilität beim Fertigen der Edelstahl-
Abgasanlagen schafft die Voraussetzungen, schnell
auf die Wünsche des Marktes zu reagieren. So reicht
die Produktpalette von Sportauspuffanlagen über
Fahrzeugteile von Triumph, Spitfire und Volvo bis hin
zu modernen Karosserie-Kits. Elemente, die das
moderne Design der Endschalldämpfer aufnehmen
und optimal ins Karosseriedesign des jeweiligen
Fabrikats integrieren. Neben Heckschürzen werden
auch Seitenschweller und Frontschürzen angeboten.
Passgenauigkeit, Qualität und hohe Ansprüche ans
Design sind ebenso selbstverständlich wie ABE und
TÜV-Gutachten, die für alle Teile erhältlich sind.

L’usine de la société Bastuck spécialisée dans la
production de pièces automobiles de haute qualité
est reconnue des fans de tuning, ainsi que des
professionnels de la pièce détachée. Avec des sociétés
comme Honda, Renault, Daihatsu parmi nos clients,
et en collaboration avec différents préparateurs
automobiles nous développons des lignes adaptées
aux courses automobiles, grâce à la compétence de
dix ans de course effectuées par le dirigeant de la
société , Rainer Bastuck. C’est pourquoi notre société
de Lebach devient le partenaire officiel pour 2007
de l’automobile club allemand (ADAC) pour les
courses Procar de série, et le fournisseur officiel des
lignes développées spécialement pour la Honda Civic
Cupps.
Nouveau aussi notre coopération avec la société HJS,
premier spécialiste dans les catalyseurs et filtres à
fumée en Europe. Propreté et rendement, un concept
qui par notre collaboration devient ainsi réalité. Les
deux sociétés spécialisées dans les traitements des
gaz d’échappement travaillent ensemble aux
développements du rendement et à l’optimisation
des gaz d’échappement. Les deux sociétés travaillent
en collaboration sur l’étude et le développement
des moteurs diesel et tous les moteurs classiques à
4 temps.
La compétence de Bastuck dans le milieu de la course
automobile est directement répercutée dans la
production de série. Depuis 1991 les lignes d’échappement
Inox sont produites (certifiées suivant la
norme ISO 9001-2000) au siège de notre société à
Lebach. Unique en Allemagne, c’est que de l’étude
la conception, les tests, la production, tout est réalisé
sur un site unique.
La grande flexibilité de la réalisation des échappements
Inox permet de s’adapter rapidement à la
demande du marché. Ainsi notre palette de production
s’étend des échappements sport Inox, aux pièces
détachées pour Triumph, Spitfire, TR, et Volvo, et aux
kits de carrosserie pour les véhicules modernes.
Eléments qui permettent d’intégrer et d’optimiser
le montage des sorties d’échappements sur toutes
les marques de voitures et ainsi d’en améliorer le
design. Longerons et jupes avants sont aussi
disponibles. Précision de montage, qualité et design
irréprochables sont comme l’ABE et le certificat TUV
disponible pour tous produits.

Both renowned manufacturers working in the field
of automotive exhaust systems are now working
together to improve car performance while optimizing
emission characteristics. It is in both diesel and spark
ignition engine technology that the two companies
have joined forces in research and development.
Bastuck’s motor racing experience is an asset for
serial production. Since 1991 the company has been
manufacturing stainless steel exhaust systems in
Lebach to the highest precision (ISO 9001 – 2000
certified). It is unique for Germany that Bastuck is a
one stop shop from planning, conception, testing
right to the production process.

The result is a wide range of sport exhaust systems,
automotive parts for Triumph, Spitfire and Volvo
models as well as modern body kits – elements that
complement the latest design of the silencer and
integrating it harmoniously in the body shape of the
relevant car. The product range includes rear skirts
as well as side skirts and front splitters. Fitting
