The Princess Margaret is creating the blueprint, developing and implementing new procedures 

and setting a gold standard for Personalized Cancer Medicine for all patients at The Princess 

Margaret, across Canada and around the world. 

This requires the continued funding of multi-disciplinary teams that include scientists, clinician 

scientists, engineers, biomedical researchers, physicists, bioinformatics specialists and medicinal

CONTEST GUIDELINES 

16,671 prizes will be awarded, valued at $8,789,076.74 (including all taxes and freight). Only 

325,000 tickets will be sold. 

Contest guidelines prohibit the following individuals and all of their immediate family members 

residing in the same household from purchasing a ticket: Board members and employees of The 

Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation, Members of the UHN Board of Trustees and Executive 

Team, PMH Executive Team; Deloitte & Touche LLP partners and employees and members of 

other licensed gaming suppliers providing services to this program. 

Purchasers must be at least 18 years of age. Tickets cannot be purchased in the name of a minor. 

Only tickets that have been paid for and/or have been verifi ed as paid for are eligible to be entered 

for the respective draw(s). Tickets must be purchased and mailed in the province of Ontario.

The offi cial ticket is a receipt of purchase. It is the responsibility of ticket purchasers to ensure that

at the offi ces of Deloitte. The second draw will be for the Bonus Prize. Only tickets purchased by 

Midnight, October 4, will qualify for the Bonus Prize draw. The draw (1 prize) will take place on

valued prize and continuing with the top valued prizes. The top valued prize draws would be

**In the event that tickets remain after the Early Bird deadline, then only the Early Bird draw 

will be made on November 15, 2012 on CP24 Breakfast between 5:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. at 299 

Queen Street West, Toronto M5V 2Z5. The fi nal deadline for ticket sales is Midnight, November 

15. The remaining draws would then begin on November 23, 2012 at 8:00 a.m. starting with the 

lowest valued prize and concluding with the top valued prizes. The top valued prize draws would 

be made November 29, 2012, live on CP24 between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. at 220 Pinehurst 

Drive, Oakville, L6J 4X1. 

After each draw, the winner is recorded and the ticket number then goes back for the next draw.
