Mustangs Unlimited wants you to be completely
satisfied with everything you purchase from us. If,
within 90 days of purchase, you are not completely
satisfied with a part, simply call us. We will take all
possible steps to correct the problem. Please see
our return policy for complete instructions.
Ordering
Ordering from Mustangs Unlimited is easy! You
may place your order by:
• Phone to one of our helpful and friendly sales
representatives.
• FAX 24/7 to each of our locations.
• Mail by using forms located in the back of the
book (additional mail in order forms can be downloaded
from our website).
• Online at www.mustangsunlimited.com.
If mailing or faxing in your orders, please be sure to
fill out the order form completely to allow your order
to be processed more efficiently. When placing
an order by phone, please have your part numbers
and payment method ready when you call (there is
a $10.00 minimum order total on all phone orders.
• SPECIAL ORDERS: Any item placed as SPECIAL
ORDERS allow 2-4 weeks delivery on these items.
Shipping & Handling
• All packages shipped to addresses within the
states of Connecticut or Georgia are subject to
State and Local Sales Tax.
• Most orders can be shipped via UPS, USPS, or
FedEx. Shipping charges for most orders $.01-
$79.95 are $7.95. Orders of $79.96-$299.99 are
10%. Orders of $300.00 or more qualify for FREE
ground shipping in the lower 48 U.S. states. Oversize
and Truck Freight Charges still apply.
• Each Oversize 1 (OS1), Oversize 2 (OS2) and
(OS3) item(s) are subject to an additional charge
of $9.95 (OS1), $14.95 (OS2) or $50.00 (OS3) for
shipping. These fees are based on additional premiums
charged by UPS, USPS and FEDEX for larger
and oversized packages.
• Truck Freight Items shipping fees are based on
a Zone charge plus a residential (add $20.00) fee
(if applicable). The shipping fee structure and zone
map are located on the back of the order form.
• International orders should consider freight
changes before ordering. Please contact us for a
quote before placing your order.
