On-line Order. There is a facility to place your order, directly from our website. (you must use your Dial Up ISP's Email
address, no orders will accepted from free E-mail addresses). We will reply to your Email with a C.O.D. Consignment Note
Number and/or Confirmation of Dispatch for your order within 24 Hours.
Fax printed order form. You can print out the acrobat pdf format order form available from the website, (ordering page)
and fax to us 24 hours a day on 0749534569.

Sales tax: We currently sell all goods including GST in Australia. For overseas customers Australian GST tax does not
apply, but some duty may be payable in destination country.

If you are ordering via E-mail please include the following.
List of items you are going to order.
Postal address and contact phone number (work or home) .
Check that your Email reply address is set up correctly.
We will reply to your Email within 24 hours during 8am - 5pm. (Monday - Friday) to confirm the prices, availability and
delivery time. If all the items are ready to be dispatched, we will send you the consignment note number for online tracking.
