Description<br />

This object <strong>de</strong>fines the behavior of the amplifier when a halt command is issued. The following<br />

values are <strong>de</strong>fined.<br />

Value Description<br />

0 Disable the amplifier's outputs.<br />

1 Slow down using the slow down ramp (i.e. the normal move <strong>de</strong>celeration value).<br />

2 Slow down using the quick stop ramp.<br />

3 Stop the move abruptly.<br />

All other values will produce unspecified results and should not be used.<br />

Description<br />

This object selects the amplifier's mo<strong>de</strong> of operation. The mo<strong>de</strong>s of operation presently supported<br />

by this <strong>de</strong>vice are:<br />

1 Profile Position mo<strong>de</strong>.<br />

3 Profile Velocity mo<strong>de</strong>.<br />

4 Profile Torque mo<strong>de</strong>.<br />

6 Homing mo<strong>de</strong>.<br />

7 Interpolated Position mo<strong>de</strong>.<br />

8 Cyclic Synchronous Position mo<strong>de</strong>.<br />

9 Cyclic Synchronous Velocity mo<strong>de</strong>.<br />

10 Cyclic Synchronous Torque mo<strong>de</strong>.<br />

The amplifier will not accept other values.<br />

Note that there may be some <strong>de</strong>lay between setting the mo<strong>de</strong> of operation and the amplifier<br />

assuming that mo<strong>de</strong>. To read the active mo<strong>de</strong> of operation, use object 0x6061.<br />
