The left side of the screen displays the channel superordinate data and the
right column displays the channel specific data (see following sections).
• Insert one coin in the coin validator.
The coin validator compares the values of a coin with the stored limiting
values of each channel. The coin will only be accepted in this channel if the
measured values are within these limits.
On the table screen, the channels involved will be displayed in colour on
the right next to the coin channel numbers:
red – the channel has not accepted the coin, it has been programmed
for a different type of coin.
yellow – the channel has accepted the coin but the values are very close
to the limiting values within the band; the channel may have to be
re-adjusted.
green – the channel has accepted the coin, the measured values are
obviously within the acceptance band.
Three grey fields behind a channel number means that the associated
coin channel has not been programmed and therefore no coin value
has been allocated to it.
