CONFIGURATION – FOR PARALLEL INTERFACE (VALIDATOR) Send wake-up signal via return signal line 64 WinEMP – G-13.mft If the coin validator is supposed to send a wake-up signal to the machine via the return signal line, as soon as it is woken up by insertion of a coin: The G-13.mft can then neither send a return signal to the machine when the return lever/button is operated nor use the return signal line to sort coins or send accepted coin signals (Casino operation). 1 Select menu item EXTRA and then OPTIONS. The dialog box BASIC SETTINGS AND OPTIONS opens. 2 In the "table of contents" on the left-hand side, select the index word WAKE-UP FUNCTION. 3 On the righthand side, click TRANSMIT WAKE- UP SIGNAL (tick). If you click again the tick would be removed and no wake-up signal would be sent to the machine. 4 Confirm your entry with OK and close the window again or proceed to the next setting in this dialog box first and confirm all your settings later. 5 Click BACK to store the setting in the G-13.mft or proceed to the next setting on this screen and store all your settings later. WinEMP – G-13.mft CONFIGURATION – FOR PARALLEL INTERFACE (VALIDATOR) Select Casino or standard operation You can use DIL switch S1.9 to select operating mode "Casino" or "standard" on site. With WinEMP you can disable this switch so that the mode of operation cannot be changed over unintentionally. For this case you can select the operating mode in WinEMP. If you want to use a G-13.mft with parallel interface in Casino or standard operation: 1 On the "Settings" screen, select menu item EXTRA and then OPTIONS. The dialog box BASIC SETTINGS AND OPTIONS opens. 2 In the "table of contents" on the left-hand side, select the index word CASINO. The following settings are possible: "Casino" or "Standard" mode of operation to be selected via DIL switch S1.9 Mode of operation no longer selectable via DIL switch S1.9, "Casino" mode of operation selected via WinEMP Mode of operation no longer selectable via DIL switch S1.9, "Standard" mode of operation selected via WinEMP 3 On the right-hand side, click on (tick) the upper box if you want the "Casino" or "Standard" mode of operation to be selected via the DIL switch on the device. Clicking again would delete the tick and disable the switch. 4 If necessary, select Casino/sandard operation by clicking on the lower box (set/remove tick), if DIL switch S1.9 is disabled.
