MEASURED COIN VALUES AND CHANNEL VALUES
Which coin type is accepted in which coin channel?
The G-13.mft compares the measured values of the coins inserted with the
programmed acceptance band of every coin channel. The coin will only be
accepted in this coin channel if the measured values are within the limit
values of at least one acceptance band. WinEMP distinguishes between
four acceptance classes and displays them in colour for the coin channels
involved:
red – the coin channel did not accept the coin; the coin channel has
been configured for a different coin type. The measured coin
values are clearly beyond the acceptance band.
light-red– the coin channel did not accept the coin; the coin channel has
(divided) been configured for a different coin type. The measured coin
values are only slightly beyond the acceptance band.
yellow – the coin channel accepted the coin, and the measured coin
(divided) values are within the acceptance band but very close to the
limit values; the channel may need to be re-adjusted.
green – the coin channel accepted the coin. The measured coin values
are clearly within the acceptance band.
To be able to compare individual measured coin values with the programmed
acceptance bands of the coin channels by inserting coins:

A new "Settings" screen appears which shows all the
channel data at a glance and is used to perform the
entire configuration of the G-13.mft (G-13.mft with
parallel interface, validator operation, in the example).
