<strong>WinEMP</strong> – G-13.mft<br />
Individual inhibit The coin validator with parallel interface is equipped with six<br />
line signal lines via which the vending machine can inhibit the<br />
acceptance of individual → coin types. With the aid of<br />
<strong>WinEMP</strong> you can define which coin type is to be inhibited by<br />
the machine via which individual inhibit line.<br />
These bidirectional lines are used by the coin validator in the<br />
opposite direction in order to transmit coin signals to the<br />
vending machine.<br />
Impulse number → Coin impulse number<br />
Impulse length → Coin impulse length<br />
Inhibit signal line → Common inhibit signal line<br />
MDB Multi Drop Bus. The abbreviation defines a serial interface<br />
specification for an internal communication protocol.<br />
For further information on the MDB interface, please refer to<br />
"NAMA document MDB/ICP 2.0" (www.vending.org) and the<br />
separate operating instructions for the G-13.mft MDB/S1.<br />
On-request mode The on-request mode can be activated for the timer or TV<br />
totalizer operation of the G-13.mft → totalizers as default<br />
value or using <strong>WinEMP</strong>. In this mode the signals for starting<br />
e.g. a game are not transferred immediately after the credit<br />
has reached the price but only after the customer has<br />
pressed a start button.<br />
Restore Using the menu item "Restore" → backup files saved on the<br />
hard disk of your PC can be called up which restore any<br />
configuration saved with <strong>WinEMP</strong>.<br />
Return signal line When the return lever on the G-13.mft with parallel interface<br />
is operated, a return signal is transmitted via the return signal<br />
line to the vending machine. With the return lever is held<br />
down, inserted coins are returned.<br />
To protect against tampering with the → acceptance gate the<br />
return signal line on the Casino model can be used to<br />
transmit an accepted coin signal to the vending machine.<br />
The accepted coin signal is independent of the coin signal.<br />
S1 This abbreviation defines a serial, <strong>NRI</strong>-specified and<br />
→ MDB-based interface to the vending machine.<br />
