ACCEPT AB = acceptance band will be accepted from coin
configuration of current data block
UPDATE AB = acceptance band will be accepted from coin
configuration of current data block, but its limits
will be updated according to current NRI values
TOKEN AB CANNOT BE PROGRAMMED = acceptance band for token cannot be
programmed
In most cases the new data block is to be loaded into the G-13.mft as
specified in the last two columns by WinEMP. But you can also
accept the current channel data configured for the new data block or
configure the coin channel data without acceptance bands
(see section "Configure download data" in this chapter).
If you have selected a data block with the write protection
activated (ATTENTION!!! WRITE PROTECTION WILL BE ACTIVATED), no
more setting can be changed, thus no more data block
download can be carried out either.
If a NEW DATA BLOCK is equal to a CURRENT DATA BLOCK, a request
appears asking whether the COMPLETE DATA BLOCK or only new
ACCEPTANCE BANDS are to be loaded. Select the second answer and
confirm with OK if you only want to save new acceptance limits and
all the other customized settings are to remain intact;
Select the first answer if you not only want to save new acceptance
limits but also want to overwrite all the other settings with the default
values of that data block.
4 Confirm settings with OK.
Following expiry of the status bar indication, the data block download has
been completed. The G-13.mft now has the new data at its disposal for coin
acceptance and possibly also for the purpose of further processing the
coins.
5 Check all the settings (channel-specific and channel-superordinate
ones) of the new data block (see next section).
Please make a note of the new data block number on the coin
validator, so that you are able to find the data block number at any
time independently of WinEMP.
