<strong>WinEMP</strong> – G-13.mft<br />
If you do not want to configure each single function of the G-13.mft, <strong>WinEMP</strong><br />
enables you to update the complete coin and device configuration of the<br />
connected G-13.mft quickly and easily. In doing this, new data blocks that<br />
replace the old data blocks are loaded into the device memory. The new data<br />
blocks can contain either updated or completely different configurations:<br />
• In order to update limits for acceptance bands only, a data block with<br />
the same data block number is selected and loaded.<br />
• In order to save new G-13.mft data, a data block with a new data block<br />
number is selected and loaded.<br />
All coin types or currencies that cannot be programmed by means<br />
of data block download must be taught by inserting coins (see<br />
section "Teach coin types/tokens in coin channels" in Chap. 8<br />
"Configuration").<br />
Individual configurations which you performed prior to the<br />
download for the G-13.mft connected and which have not<br />
been taken into account in the new data blocks may have to<br />
be performed again after the download (for accepting<br />
individual coin channel data see section "Configure download<br />
data" in this chapter).<br />
1 In the main menu, select DOWNLOAD and then DATA BLOCK.<br />
A dialog box then opens with the currently loaded data block (CURRENT<br />
DATA BLOCK SET) being displayed on the top left-hand side, and the NEW<br />
DATA BLOCK, that is loaded into a device of that series the last time<br />
being displayed on the top right-hand side.<br />
