CONFIGURATION 116 WinEMP – G-13.mft If all the data of a coin channel is to be deleted: 1 Mark the coin channel by clicking the respective CHANNEL NUMBER button. The data of the coin channel will then be backlit darker. 2 Delete the data of the marked coin channel by clicking the menu item CHANNEL and then CLEAR. All the data will be deleted. The coin channel is no longer configured and can now be assigned to a new coin type and then be re-configured (see sections "Teach coin types/tokens in coin channels", "Optimize acceptance of genuine coins and rejection of false coins", "Configure G-13.mft for parallel standard/Casino/totalizer or MDB/S1/cctalk operation" in this chapter). 3 Click BACK to store the setting in the G-13.mft or proceed to the next setting on this screen and store all your settings later. If the data of all coin channels is to be deleted: Select menu item CHANNEL and then CLEAR (ALL). After having confirmed a security query the data of all coin channels is deleted. GmbH, Buxtehude CONFIGURATION If you have taught a new token or a new coin at the vending machine on site, you can give this new coin a name for convenience: If you store an individual coin name, no coin ID is saved, i.e. these coins cannot be updated through data block download or duplication later on. Therefore, please only change the coin name of the tokens which have been taught on the vending machine. All the other coin names are automatically given with coin ID, if you want a teach a coin using WinEMP (see section "Teach coin types/tokens in coin channels“ in this chapter). 1 Mark the corresponding coin channel by clicking the respective CHANNEL NUMBER button. The data of the coin channel will then be backlit darker. 2 Select menu item CHANNEL and then COIN NAME ... A pop-up window opens for entering a specific coin designation. 3 – Under CURRENCY enter either a token identification (e.g. TK1) or the 3-digit currency acronym according to ISO 4217, – under COIN enter the token number or the coin value and – confirm with OK. The pop-up window closes and the new coin designation is displayed. 4 Adapt other settings, if necessary, to suit the new coin type/token (see section "Configure G-13.mft for parallel standard/Casino/ totalizer, MDB/S1 or cctalk operation" in this chapter). 5 Save all settings in the G-13.mft with BACK. 117
