R10 ‘Solo’

Our most compact vehicle yet at just
12’ 7”, the R10 ‘Solo’ has a rear travel
seat enabling three people to travel.
Although only one can sleep inside, the
cleverly designed awning sleeps two more,
giving the versatility so many Romahome
customers want.
At under 4m the R10 is our first Romahome
offered with either a five speed manual or
an automatic gearbox option (sensodrive).
Choose from two incredibly economical
engines - the 1.4i or 1.4Hdi, both with very low
emissions. Standing headroom is gained with our
new lightweight easily raised roof.
Surely, this is the vehicle for today’s energy
efficient generation. Ideal as everyday transport,
easy to park and very economical to drive yet still
big enough to use as an overnight, weekend and
holiday home.
There is no shortage of independent power
options on board. The R10 has 12V sockets front
and rear with 240V and secondary battery plus
solar roof panels as an option for back up lighting.
A Camping Gaz bottle and portable water carrier
are both sited internally under the galley kitchen. The
double hob and optional blown air heating system
runs off gas, while a Porta Pottie is cleverly hidden
under rear seating.
Recessed LED reading lights in the rear have
independent on/off switches and run off both battery
and solar power. Plus there is still 240V hook up as with
all of our vehicles.
Clever use of the rear seat back rest, table and
passenger seat quickly converts to a 6’4” single bed
in a few easy steps.
The optional portable 12ltr soft coolbag with
12V motor can be simply unplugged, taken
and filled at the shops, then hooked back
in on return to keep your items
fresh and cool.
