Smoked salmon
& spinach timbale
Preparation time: 20 min, Chilling time: 2 hours
Ingredients for 3 timbales
100 g fresh whole baby spinach
1 cooked potato (150 g)
50 ml water
5 ml salt
100 g smoked salmon
6 g sheet gelatine (3 sheets)
5 ml oil
• Wash and drain spinach. Remove hard stems if needed. Cut the potato (cooked and peeled) into 4 pieces. Pour water in a saucepan,
add spinach leaves and potato and let it cook in its juice.
• Remove from the heat and mix in the Smooth Chopper with blades, including the water. Let it stand.
• Soften the sheets of gelatine by dipping them in a bowl of cold water.
• Drain and melt the sheets one by one in the warm spinach puree.
• Cut the salmon in 9 circles of 7.7 cm Ø.
• Lightly oil the inside of each container, pour in a bit of spinach mixture, place one salmon circle. Repeat for two more layers.
• Stack the Molding Tower, seal the top, and chill in the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours. Unmold and serve with thin slices of bread
gently browned in the oven (optional).

Ingredients for 7 muffins
30 g sultanas
25 ml orange juice
150 g fresh zucchini
125 g flour

80 g sugar
2 eggs
50 ml oil
2 lime zest
• Use the BTB Mixing Jug 1 L and the BTB Citrus Wonder to get orange juice.
Put sultanas and orange juice in the Mix N Wave Pitcher 1.5 L. Cover and heat
2 min. 650 Watts in the microwave oven. Open and mix with the Silicone
Spatula. Raisins are plump and the liquid is absorbed.
• Rinse Zucchini, Slice in cubes and mix it in 2 times in the Herb Chopper.
Pour in the Microplus Pitcher.
• Add flour, baking powder and sugar and stir well.
• Add eggs and oil and only at the end fold in the grated zest of limes by using
the BTB Citrus Wonder.
• Clean and dry carefully the Silicone Muffin form. Place the Form on the
oven grid. Pour dough into the Muffin cases and put in a preheated oven
TH.6 /180°C. Bake 15 to 20 min or until a skewer inserted into the centre
comes out clean. Wait 5 min before unmolding.

Freshly ground salt and pepper
A unique product to steam in the microwave oven.
Preserves the best aspects and flavours of your food.
Fill reservoir with water, add food, stack and steam.
Versatile use for steaming, reheating and thawing on 2 levels.
Steaming remains the preferred method for fast, moist, healthy and flavourful
cooking as steamed foods retain their nutrients, vitamins and minerals more
than foods cooked by alternative methods.
Colours remain vibrant, textures remain firm, natural flavours are better
preserved and herbs or condiments develop their aroma fully.
• Put the green asparagus in the lower part of the MicroGourmet and the salmon steaks in the upper one.
• Fill the MicroGourmet base with 400 ml water and cook in the microwave for 18 minutes.
• In the meantime, remove around 2 dessert spoons of lemon zest.
• Then, peel the lemon and cut the lemon wedges in smal pieces.
• In a bowl, put together the zest and the lemon pieces, the chopped dill, salt, pepper and 3 tablespoons
of olive oil.
Arrange on a plate the salmon steaks with the slightly crispy asparagus and drizzle generously
with lemon vinaigrette.

• Put in a lay the 3 gelatin sheets in a Freeze ‘N’ Stor Large 3 L, and cover with cold water and leave it to soften.
• Wash and let drain raspberries in Double Colander.
• With the Utility Knife Q cut longwise the vanilla bean, and mix with the fresh cream and 100 g of icing sugar that has been sift
with Sift ‘N’ Store; heat it in Microplus 1.5 L at 700 Watt for 4 minutes.
• Squeeze the gelatin and add to the hot cream, mix to melt and cook again at 700 Watt for 2 minutes. Wait a couple of seconds
before stirring and take the vanilla bean out.
• Pour the hot cream into the King Silicone Form 1.5 L previously brushed with oilseed with a silicone baking brush, lay a line
of raspberries gently in the center, and cool down before putting in the fridge, where will stay for nearly 6 hours.
• Leave a side some raspberries to garnish and chop some into Herb Chopper. Pour the sauce into a Mixing Bowl and add
the rest of the icing sugar always sifted.
• Unmold panna cotta on a serving dish, garnish with some raspberries and a couple of spoons of raspberries sauce.
