Negative battery cable<br />
The negative (-) battery cable is connected to the engine foot.<br />
Note! The battery negative pole may not be connected with the<br />
boat ground or with the protective grounding of the 120 V<br />
installation!<br />
DC-Relay<br />
The Panda generators 8000 to 30 are equipped with various DC-relays,<br />
which can be found under the terminal strip. The various relays have the following<br />
tasks (also see the DC circuit diagram)<br />
1. Starter motor relay<br />
2. Pre-glow relay (glow plugs)<br />
3. Fuel pump relay<br />

DC Starter Motor<br />
All Panda generators are equipped with an independent DC starter motor.<br />
