22 - R/R=Reset Only<br />

When 0V is applied to the control panel R/R input, any areas<br />

programmed for anti-code reset (see page 41 for details) that<br />

are in alarm, will be reset.<br />

R/R=Silence/RST<br />

When 0V is applied to the control panel R/R input any areas<br />

programmed for anti-code reset (see page 41 for details) that<br />

are in alarm, will be silenced. When 0V is applied to the R/R<br />

input a second time, the areas will be reset (this would<br />

normally be used when Audio Verification is required).<br />

23 - User Code Pulse<br />

The control panel will see a zone that is in the short circuit<br />

condition as ‘Active’.<br />

User Code Latch<br />

The control panel will see a zone that is in the short circuit<br />

condition as a ‘Tamper’.<br />

24 - Timed Test Call<br />

A test call to the Alarm Receiving Centre will occur every time<br />

the ‘Test Call Every’ timer expires.<br />

Test Call = CT7<br />

A test call to the Alarm Receiving Centre will occur every time<br />

‘Control Timer 7’ activates.<br />

25 - Batt Test Timed<br />

A battery test will occur every time the ‘Batt Test Period’ timer<br />

expires.<br />

Batt Test = Disarm<br />

A battery test will occur every time the system is disarmed or<br />

after the ‘Batt Test Period’ timer has expired (whichever<br />

occurs first).<br />

26 - Bell = 1st Alarm<br />

The ‘Bell’ and ‘Strobe’ outputs will activate after an Intruder<br />

alarm (1st Alarm) occurs.<br />

Bell = 2nd Alarm<br />

The ‘Bell’ and ‘Strobe’ outputs will activate after a Confirmed<br />

alarm (2nd Alarm) occurs.<br />

27 - SNDR = 1st Alarm<br />

The internal sounders will sound after an Intruder alarm (1st<br />

Alarm) occurs.<br />

SNDR = 2nd Alarm<br />

The internal sounders will sound after a Confirmed alarm<br />

(2nd Alarm) occurs.<br />

28 - Conf. = Instant<br />

Following the arming of the system/area, if two zones activate<br />

(causing a Confirmed alarm), the signal will be reported to the<br />

Alarm Receiving Centre immediately.<br />

Conf. = Delayed<br />

Following the arming of the system/area, if two zones activate<br />

(causing a Confirmed alarm), the signal will only be reported<br />

to the Alarm Receiving Centre after the ‘Abort’ time has<br />

expired.<br />

29 - Abort=Eng.Reset<br />

An Intruder alarm that is aborted can only be reset by an<br />

Engineer/Anti-code.<br />

Abort=User Reset<br />

An Intruder alarm that is aborted can be reset by any User.<br />

30 – Auto AV Output<br />

When using the AV Module, if a microphone is remotely<br />

selected, the corresponding output automatically activates.<br />

<strong>Manual</strong> AV Output<br />

When using the AV Module, if a microphone is remotely<br />

selected, the corresponding output must be activated<br />

manually.<br />

31 - Clock = 50Hz<br />

The internal clock on the control panel runs from the 50Hz<br />

main frequency.<br />

Clock = Crystal<br />

The internal clock on the control panel runs from the built-in<br />

crystal.<br />

32 - 80 Column Print<br />

Select this option when connecting an 80 Column printer to<br />

the control panel.<br />

40 Column Print<br />

Select this option when connecting an 40 Column printer to<br />

the control panel.<br />

33 - Disable Text<br />

Areas that are armed are displayed as letters on the bottom<br />

line of the display i.e. ‘Armed: AB.D…’<br />

Enable Text<br />

Areas that are armed are displayed using their assigned text<br />

on the bottom line of the display i.e. ‘Armed: Garage’, ‘Office’<br />

etc. (a different area is displayed every second).<br />

34 - EN50131 Disabled<br />

The Control Panels EN50131 options are disabled.<br />

EN50131 Enabled<br />

The Control Panels EN50131 options are enabled.<br />

INS176 47<br />

<br />

This options must be enabled to comply with EN50131<br />

35 - 2nd Zone = Confirm<br />

After the entry timer has expired, activation of 2 more zones is<br />

required to generate a Confirmed alarm<br />

1st Zone = Confirm<br />

After the entry timer has expired, activation of 1 more zone is<br />

required to generate a Confirmed alarm<br />

36 - Keypads Global<br />

Keypads show information for all areas.<br />

Keypads Local<br />

Keypads only show information that is relative to the area that<br />

the keypad is assigned to.
