26 - Keypad PA Delay<br />

When keypad ‘option 6’ is programmed as ‘PA Delayed’ (see<br />

page 54 for details), and a keypad PA alarm (1 & 3) is<br />

activated, this timer starts. If a User code is entered before<br />

this timer expires, no PA alarm will occur. However, if a User<br />

code is not entered before this timer expires, a PA alarm will<br />

occur.<br />

27 - Confirmation Dly<br />

When an Intruder alarm occurs, this timer starts. If a second<br />

(different) zone is activated within this time window, the<br />

‘Confirmed’ output will activate. When this timer<br />

expires, the ‘Confirmed’ output will no longer activate.<br />

28 - Warning Delay<br />

When a Custom zone with the ‘Warning Req’ attribute (see<br />

page 36 for details) activates, this timer is started. If the zone<br />

is still active when this timer expires a warning tone or alarm<br />

will occur and the Warning Output (see page 61 for details)<br />

will activate.<br />

29 - Keypad Lock Time<br />

If keypad tampers have been programmed to lockout the<br />

keypad (see page 46 for details), the keypad will lock out for<br />

the duration of this timer.<br />

30 - Eng. log off Dly<br />

This timer starts when an Engineers code is entered. When the<br />

timer expires the engineer is automatically logged out of<br />

engineer’s mode. This timer is suspended if there are tamper<br />

faults on the system allowing the engineer to remain in<br />

engineer’s mode indefinitely whilst on site.<br />

31 - Fire Bell Delay<br />

This timer starts when a fire alarm is generated in a particular<br />

area. When the timer expires sounders are activated in ALL<br />

areas.<br />

32 - Forced Entry Dly<br />

When a zone with the ‘Guard’ attribute (see page 35 for<br />

details) activates, this timer is started. For the duration of this<br />

timer, any ‘Entry/Exit 1 or 2’ zone with the ‘Entry/Exit 2’<br />

attribute (see page 35 for details) will become a ‘Guard’ zone.<br />

When this timer expires, the ‘Entry/Exit 1 or 2’ zone will revert<br />

back to its normal mode of operation.<br />

33 - Supervision Time<br />

This timer controls the frequency at which the RadioPLUS<br />

detectors are required to report in to the control panel.<br />

34 - Poll IP Every<br />

This timer controls the frequency that the ComIP Polls the<br />

ARC.<br />

These options control how various system functions work.<br />

00 - No Bell Arm Fail<br />

If an area fails to arm, an Internal alarm will occur and the<br />

‘Strobe’ output will activate.<br />

Bell on Arm Fail<br />

If an area fails to arm, an Internal alarm will occur and the<br />

‘Bell’ output will activate for 10 seconds.<br />

The ‘Strobe’ output will also activate for 5 seconds to<br />

indicate that the system has armed/disarmed.<br />

01 - Bell is an SAB<br />

The ‘Bell’ output on the control panel applies 0V when active.<br />

Bell is an SCB<br />

The ‘Bell' output on the control panel removes 0V when active.<br />

02 - Clock is 24Hr<br />

The system time is displayed in the 24-Hour format.<br />

Clock is 12Hr (Default)<br />

The system time is displayed in the 12-Hour format.<br />

03 - Auto BST/GMT<br />

The system clock will adjust itself at the beginning and the<br />

end of the summer (the clock will automatically gain 1Hr on<br />

the last Sunday in March and lose 1Hr on the last Sunday in<br />

October.<br />

<strong>Manual</strong> BST/GMT<br />

The system clock will not adjust itself at the beginning and<br />

the end of the summer (the clock will have to be adjusted<br />

manually).<br />

04 - View Armed Areas<br />

When the system is part armed, the areas that are armed are<br />

displayed and alarm information is displayed before a valid<br />

User code is entered.<br />

Hide Armed Areas<br />

When the system is part armed, the areas that are armed are<br />

not displayed and alarm information is only displayed after a<br />

valid User code has been entered.
