Pera lives in Serbia, under the shadow of his all-powerful, mother, Mara. Mara<br />
is an ex-Party member who still believes in the glory of the Socialist ideals. Pera<br />
is a typical mamma’s boy ( a “mamarosh”). After he wins the Green Card lottery,<br />
the two go to America to escape from the war. There Mara proves that<br />
