Ute Leonhardt Producer’s filmography
In 1985, Ute Leonhardt started her career in special visual effects. In the early 90s, Leonhardt joined Propaganda Films, Los
Angeles, as Head of Post Production. Shortly thereafter she became associate producer of a series of Michael Jackson short
films for his Dangerous album. She worked, among others, with directors John Landis, John Singleton, David Lynch and
David Fincher. In 1995, Leonhardt became Associate Producer on Jane Campion’s film, Portrait of a Lady, working closely
with its producer from development through to the release of the film. She continued working in development for three
years. In 1998, Leonhardt joined forces with Marco Valerio Pugini in Panorama Films, Italy, as co-owner and Vice President.
Leonhardt line produces commercials, film and television projects from around the world. Leonhardt and Pugini are developing
projects to be produced by Panorama Films.

Now fifteen years old, Panorama Films is recognized internationally as one of Italy’s leading production companies for feature
films, television, commercials and photographic shoots. Headed by Marco Valerio Pugini and Ute Leonhardt, it has
successfully provided logistical and organisational support throughout Italy for clients from around the world. Production
services for over 20 long format projects have successfully been completed, with companies including Disney, Universal,
Warner Bros., HBO, Dreamworks, CBS, Paramount and Film Four as well as over 200 international TV commercials. In addition,
Panorama Films is developing, producing and co-producing feature film projects. It is mainly focusing on international
co-productions with a smaller number of low budget Italian features. Pugini is currently producing a television series
