for your reservation. Azamara is not responsible for any refunds that your
travel professional fails to reimburse. Some travel professionals impose
their own charges in connection with a voyage, including a flat service fee
guests are subject to a cancellation fee of 50%. No refunds will be made
who depart from a hotel early, or who have improper documentation.
Guests who are eligible for a refund must return all documents issued by
Azamara Club Cruises in order for a refund to be processed. The cancellation
penalty for the hotel will be reflected in the booking 24 hours after
the tour code is cancelled. The penalty will be applied to the booking.
pREpARING FOR YOuR VOYAGE
Special Dietary Needs
With advance notice, Azamara Club Cruises is able to accommodate most
special dietary needs. Please submit your request in writing to our Access
Department no later than 40 days before U.S. sailings, and 80 days before
non-U.S. sailings. Fax requests to 954.628.9622 or e-mail to: Special_
Needs@AzamaraClubCruises.com. We offer standard kosher-style
menus on all voyages. On the day of boarding, please confirm your special
dietary arrangements with the restaurant manager.
Restricted Items
Please use common sense when considering what to pack or carry onboard.
Guests may not bring any items considered by Azamara to be unsafe
or inappropriate. For the safety of all guests, the following items are
strictly prohibited on all Azamara voyages: irons, coffeemakers, candles,
illegal drugs and controlled substances, flammable liquids, explosives
(including fireworks), firearms and weapons (including knives, regardless
of length), electrical transformers, or cylinders containing compressed air
and combustible substances.
Service Animals
No animals are permitted on Azamara vessels, with the exception of
trained service dogs for guests with disabilities. Azamara Club Cruises
welcomes service dogs on all ships except those sailing to the United
Kingdom (UK), due to DEFRA regulations.
Smoking Policy
Our ships have a designated smoking area, located on the starboard
forward section of the pool deck. The smoking area is clearly marked.
For our guests’ comfort and health, all other areas of the ships are
nonsmoking, including public rooms, restaurants, pool decks, staterooms
and suites, verandas and halls. A non-smoking policy also applies to all
components of the land portions of Azamara Cruisetours, unless specifically
stated otherwise by the tour operator. Please note that this policy
includes products such as electronic cigarettes.
Your Personal Onboard Account
For simplicity and streamlined service, all Azamara ships operate on a
“cashless” system. All of your onboard services and purchases will be
charged to your personal account, which is linked to your key card. We
will activate your key card and link it to your preferred payment method
when you board the ship. You have two options:
• Link your Azamara KeyCard to your Visa, MasterCard, Discover,
or American Express card; or
• If you choose to pay by cash or traveler’s check at the conclusion
of your voyage, we may require an advance deposit when activating
your key card. You will receive an itemized statement of all purchases
at the end of your voyage. If paying in cash, you can withdraw cash
from our onboard ATM by using your MasterCard, Visa, or American
Express card. You also have the option of using a bank card connected to
networks including Cirrus-Plus, Honor, Shazam, Alert, Yankee 24, Pulse,
ATH, NYCE, MAC, Magicline, Star System, Oath and Tyme. An ATM fee
will apply.
Only U.S. currency is accepted on Azamara ships. In some ports, foreign
currency exchange is available at the Guest Relations desk. Both Azamara
ships have an onboard ATM, which guests use to withdraw cash for the
ship’s casino (our only onboard cash venue) or for onshore excursions.
ATM carries USD, and Euros where used locally.
Important Information About Guest Conduct and Safety
Azamara Club Cruises is committed to providing our guests with a safe,
relaxing and pleasurable voyage. To ensure a high quality onboard
experience, we ask all guests to review our Guest Conduct Policy,
which is available on our vessels and at AzamaraClubCruises.com/
GuestConduct. Violations of this policy may result in confiscation of
personal property and/or debarkation from the ship. The Azamara guest
conduct policy is subject to change without notice at any time, and
without liability to Azamara.
Our voyages visit many ports in countries around the world. Our world is
unpredictable, and at any given time there are likely to be troubled areas
marked by crime, war, terrorism or other risks. Azamara strives to provide
reasonable protection for your comfort and safety onboard our vessels.
We cannot, however, guarantee protection from all risks. Government
agencies in a number of countries, such as the U.S. Department of State,
routinely issue advisories and warnings to travelers regarding certain
destinations. We recommend that you review this information with your
travel professional when making travel decisions.
