Book Your Voyage
We encourage you to use the services of a trusted travel professional
when booking your Azamara voyage. Travel professionals can provide
valuable assistance and tailor your trip to your specific interests, needs
and timeline, including pre- and post-voyage planning. All arrangements,
including air travel, lodging, voyage reservations, land tours, pricing and
payments, are made between you and your travel professional. Your travel
professional is also responsible for remitting deposits or payments to
Azamara Club Cruises and for issuing any refunds that may be due to you.

Voyage Rates
All voyage rates in this brochure are per person, based on double occupancy,
cruise only, in U.S. dollars, subject to availability, and apply to
U.S. and Canada residents only. All rates, offers and itineraries are subject
to change without notice. Brochure rates may not have resulted in actual
sales. Single, triple and quad occupancy rates vary. Government taxes and
fees are additional.
Up to 50% Savings Program
Up to 50% Savings offer is based on full brochure fares and available on
2013 voyages. Savings vary by sailing date and stateroom category. All
booking tools, including AzamaraClubCruises.com and booking confirmation,
reflect savings.
Land Discoveries ® Early Booking Savings (LDEBS)
Land Discoveries Early Booking Savings (LDEBS) of 50% off is offered
through the 14-March 2013 voyage on Azamara quest ® and 1-May 2013
voyage on Azamara journey. ® LDEBS of 15% to 25% is offered as of
27-March 2013 on Azamara quest and 15-May 2013 on Azamara journey.
All LDEBS offers are valid only if Land Discoveries are pre-booked online
at AzamaraClubCruises.com/LandDiscoveries at least four days
prior to sailing. LDEBS is not available once onboard ship. LDEBS excludes
special ticketed events such as the Monaco Grand Prix, Rio Carnival,
concerts and other performances. At least one payment must be made
toward the cruise in order to book Land Discoveries. Most Land Discoveries
tours for 2013 are available as of 21-Oct 2012, and for 2014 as of 1-Nov
2012. Booking number, ship name and sail date are required when booking
online. LDEBS reservations are accepted on a first come, first served
basis, subject to availability. Onboard spending credits cannot be used for
LDEBS bookings. LDEBS is not available for chartered voyages. Cancellation
penalties apply to Land Discoveries reservations cancelled less than 24
hours prior to day of shore excursion.
AzAmazing Evenings. SM A Destination Affair to Remember.
Beginning March 27, 2013 (Azamara quest) and May 15, 2013 (Azamara
journey), guests on every voyage are invited to attend a complimentary
AzAmazing Evening event onshore. These hosted evenings are a unique
opportunity to enjoy the advantages of longer stays and experience a
destination to its fullest. Events will vary by voyage.
AzAmazing Evenings events are complimentary, and a refund will
therefore not be offered if you do not attend the event or if it must be
cancelled for any reason. Because Azamara Club Cruises incurs costs
for each participating guest, we ask that you let us know by no later than
10:00 PM the previous day if you decide not to attend. Confirmed guests
who do not cancel by this deadline and do not show up will be assessed a
cancellation fee. Cancellation charges are $200 per person for Northern
Europe and Black Sea voyages, $150 per person for Mediterranean and
Holy Land voyages, and $100 per person for Asia, West Indies, and South
America voyages. Onboard Credits (OBCs) cannot be used to pay for
cancellation fees. If you don’t pre-book the AzAmazing event online but
decide to participate once onboard, you may sign up until the morning of
the event, space permitting. To be sure there’s room for you, we encourage
you to sign up online before boarding.

Savings on Extended Voyages (Consecutive Back-to-Back Voyages)
Extended Voyages savings offer requires two or more consecutive sailings,
and is combinable with most other offers. Savings accrue with each consecutive
voyage without limit. Double occupancy or higher required for
each voyage. Offer is subject to change without notice, may be withdrawn
at any time, and is not valid for chartered voyages or contracted groups.
Savings will be applied directly by Azamara Club Cruises within ten days
after booking, but will be removed if a voyage is cancelled and the remaining
voyage(s) do not qualify for the offer.

Included in Your Voyage Fare
The price of your cruise vacation includes ship accommodations, ocean
transportation, dining room meals, excluding specialty dining, most
onboard entertainment, gratuities for stateroom attendants, bar and
dining wait staff, selected house boutique red and white wines with lunch
and dinner, port shuttle buses (when offered), coffee, tea, selected bottled
water and soft drinks, and self-service laundry. Beginning March 27
(Azamara quest) and May 15 (Azamara journey), your voyage fare will
also include one AzAmazing Evening event; select international beers with
lunch and dinner; and a selection of standard spirits, wines and beers at
all ship bars. Spirits, beer and wines are limited to select standard brands,
and are available only in ship bars during open hours, and not through
room service.
Except as noted, your cruise vacation does not include air transportation,
transfers, optional shore and land excursions, onshore meals and accommodations,
certain beverages, casino gaming, photographs, gratuities,
telephone calls or Internet, purchases from ship stores or other items of a
personal nature (such as medical services, dry cleaning, massages, spa treatments,
hairstyling or manicures).
The cruise fares quoted also do not include applicable government taxes,
fees or surcharges that may be assessed by any governmental or quasigovernmental
agencies. Such assessment is subject to change without
notice at any time, regardless of whether you have a confirmed booking
under deposit or have made a final payment.
Azamara Club Cruises ® reserves the right to increase or decrease any
published rates, including cruise rates and airfare charges, without prior
notice. We reserve the right to impose on any existing booking or new
bookings (whether paid in full or not) a supplement for fuel or other matters
without prior notice as provided in our Passenger Ticket Contract.
The guest will remain liable for any applicable taxes, fees or surcharges
that may be assessed by any governmental or quasi-governmental agencies.

VOYAGE DEpOSIT pOLICIES
Your stateroom on Azamara Club Cruises is reserved when we receive
your deposit. Deposits are generally due within seven days after you book
your voyage and will be acknowledged with written confirmation. Please
note that deposit requirements are per person; two deposits are required
for double occupancy.
Stateroom Category Deposit Requirements
Club Suites: Deposit of USD $1,100 per person
Club Veranda, Club Oceanview, and Club Interior Staterooms:
Deposit of USD $550 per person
Balance Due Payments
To hold your place on the voyage, Azamara Club Cruises must receive
payment of your remaining balance 90 days prior to the sailing date. You
may pay your balance through your travel professional, or directly to
Azamara if you booked through us.
