SHORT TENDER NOTICE
No. A2-372/2010. 6th October 2010.
Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of the
following Stores to Government College, Mananthavady.
The tenders should be superscribed “Supply of
inter com facility and Departmental Facility to Government
College, Mananthavady, 2010-11” and addressed to
Principal, Government College, Mananthavady, Nallurnad
P.O., Pin-670 645. Last date of receipt of tender in the
College Office is 3 p. m. on 16-11-2010. Late tender will
not be accepted. The tender will be opened at 4 p. m. on
16-11-2010 in the presence of such tenderers or their
authorized representatives who may present at that time.

Intending tenderers may on application to the
Principal, Government College, Mananthavady obtain the
requisite tender forms on which tenders should be
submitted. The cost of tender form is Rs. 788 which is the
price fixed for the form and it is not refundable under any
circumstances. Application for tender form through post
should be accompanied by a Money Order remittence of
Rs. 823. Cheques, Postal Orders, Demand Draft etc. will
not be accepted towards the cost of the tender form.
The forms will not be sent by V. P. P. The last date for
the sale of tender form will be 16-11-2010, 2 p. m. The
tender forms are not transferble. Every tender should be
acompanied by an EMD 1% of the total cost of the
articles tendered for. An agreement has to be executed in
Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs. 50 along with each tender.
The Principal reserves himself the right to accept or reject
any or all the tenders without assigning any reason
thereof.
Successful tenderer should furnish an agreement in
Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs. 50 and to be deposit 5%
amount of total cost as security deposit. Locally
assembled articles will not be accepted. Tenderers should
specify the rate, quantity and brand name of the items.
The payment will be effected only after the items got
verified by competent authority. The successful tenderer
should deliver and install the items in the college and the
cost of the same will include in the price quoted.
