RE-TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of
Fibre Chairs to Seminar hall of P. T. M. Govt., College,
Perinthalmanna for Rs. 37,000 under Accreditation of
Colleges with NAAC (Plan) during 2010-11. The envelopes
should be superscribed as “Supply of Fibre Chairs under
Accreditation of Colleges with NAAC (Plan) during
2010-11” and addressed to the Principal, P.T.M.
Government College, Perinthalmanna, Malappuram
District, Pin-679 322, Kerala State. The last date and time
of receipt of filled tender is on 16-11-2010 at
2 p.m. and will be open in the same day at 2.30 p.m. Sale
of tender forms will be closed on 15-11-2010 at
2 p. m. Late tenders will not be accepted.
Application for the tender form should be
accompanied by a cash remittance of Rs. 300 towards
cost of forms plus Rs. 38 towards VAT which is the price
fixed for a tender forms and which is not refundable under
any circumstances. Those who require tender forms by
registered post, should sent Rs. 370 by M.O. including
cost of tender form and registered postal charges.
Every tender should be completley filled, signed and
accompanied by Demand Draft towards, EMD @ 1% of
total cost of Equipments to be quoted. Every tender
should execute an agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth
Rs. 100 along with the tender.
The undersigned will have the right to cancel or
extend the tender formalities without any further notice.
The cash transactions in the office is at 10 a. m. to 2 p. m.
on all working days.
