SHORT TENDER EXTENSION NOTICE

Sealed and competitive tenders are invited for the
Supply of the following Furniture for the use of office of
Govt. Polytechnic College, Kalamassery which was
tendered on 28-9-2010 is extended as follows.
Tenders should be superscribed as the “Tender for
the supply of office furnitures” and addressed to “The
Principal, Government Polytechnic College, Kalamassery,
Aluva-4, Kerala, Pin-683 104. The tenderer should send
along with his tender an agreement executed and signed
in Kerala Stamp Paper value of Rs. 100 and Earnest
Money Deposit 1% of the total cost of articles tendered.
Tenders without agreement, tender form and Earnest
Money Deposit will be rejected. Sale of tender form will
be closed at 3 p. m. on 15-11-2010.
Approximate cost—Rs. 2,68,733.
Price of tender form—Rs. 624 (Cost of tender form is
only acceptable by Money Order or cash remittance to
this office).
