Tender forms can be had from the Office of the
Principal, Raja Ravi Varma College of Fine Arts,
Mavelikara, Alappuzha District—690 101 on cash
remittance as above or by Money Order on all working
days between 10 a. m. to 3 p. m. The tender should be
superscribed as Tender Number and date. Cheques,
Postage Stamps, Drafts etc. will not be accepted towards
the cost of the tender forms. The tender forms are not
transferable.
As per the tender condition the tenderer should send
along with his tender an agreement executed and signed
in Kerala Stamp Paper of value Rs. 100 and EMD 1% of
the total cost of articles tendered. Tender without
agreement and EMD will be rejected. Detailed
specifications will be issued along with the tender forms.
