TENDER EXTENSION NOTICE

Sealed competitive tenders in the prescribed forms
are invited from the manufacturers or authorized dealers/
distributors for the supply of various equipments to
Theatre Complex in the Superspeciality Block, Medical
College, Kozhikode. The envelope containing the tenders
should be superscribed as “Tender No..................for the
supply of....................Due on.............................(as indicated
below) and should be addressed to the Principal, Medical
College, Calicut, Kerala-673 008”. Belated tenders will not
be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 11 a. m. on the
date specified below against each tenders in the presence
of such tenderers or their authorised representatives who
may be present at that time. Intending tenderers can
obtained tender forms directly or by registered post on
payment by Money Order from the Principal, Medical
College, Calicut. Each tenderers should send along with
the tender an agreement signed and executed in Kerala
Government Stamp Paper worth Rs. 100 and EMD @ 1%
of the total cost of the items tendered for.

Rupees only. The tenders without the required Earnest
Money Deposit and agreement and not satisfying other
tender conditions are liable to be rejected without any
notice. If requested the equipment should be demonstrated.
Tender forms are not transferable. Cheques, Drafts,
Postage Stamps etc. will not be accepted towards the cost
of tender forms. Duplicate copy of the tender form can
be obtained on payment. Further details can be had from
the office of the Principal, Medical College, Calicut during
the working hours.
