SHORT TENDER NOTICES

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Tools and
Equipments for MRTV trade of Govt. I.T.I., Chackai.
Cost of tender form:
Original—Rs. 300 + VAT 12.5%.
Duplicate—Rs. 150 + VAT 12.5%.
Last date and time of sale of tender form—
15-11-2010, 2 p. m.
Last date and time of receipt of tender—
16-11-2010, 2 p. m.
The cover containing tenders should be
superscribed B4/01/2010 dated 6-10-2010 and addressed
to the Principal, Government I. T. I., Chackai. Late tenders
will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at
3 p.m. on 16-11-2010 in the presence of such of the
tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be
present at that time.
Intending tenderers may on application to the
Principal, Government I. T. I., Chackai obtain the requisite
tender forms on which tenders should be submitted.
Application for the tender form should be accompanied
by a cash remittance of Rs. 300 + VAT
@ 12.5 % which is the price fixed for a form/set of forms
and which is not refundable under any circumstances.
Kerala Stamp Paper required for executing preliminary
agreement along with the tender will be provided to forms
out side Kerala, if they remit an amount of Rs. 125 by
Money Order separately. The tender forms are not
transferable. Sale of tender forms will be closed at
2 p. m. on 15-11-2010. Cheques, Postal Orders etc. will
not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms nor will
be sent as per V. P. P. Duplicate tender forms, if
required will be issued on remittance of cost.
