Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the supply of Books (List of books to be supplied attached separately) to
the Government Ayurveda College Library, Thiruvananthapuram for the year 2010-11.
Cost of tender form: Original—Rs. 624.
Duplicate—Rs. 312.
Each tender should be addressed to the Principal, Government Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram. The last date
of the receipt of tender will be at 3 p. m. on 15-11-2010. The late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be
opened at 3.30 p. m. on 15-11-2010 in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may
be present at that time.
Intending tenderers may on application to “the Principal, Government Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram obtain
tender forms in which tender should be submitted. Sale of tender form will be closed at 1 p. m. on 15-11-2010. Cheque,
Postal Order etc. will not accepted towards the cost of tender forms. Those who wish to purchase tender form by post
shall send an additional amount of Rs. 50 by money order to cover postal charges. In the cover containing tender form
should be superscribed ‘Tender for College Library books in the Government Ayurveda College Library,
Thiruvananthapuram.
Indending tenders should deposit an amount of 1% of the total cost quoted rate as EMD by Demand Draft in favour
of the Principal, Government Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram together with an agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper
worth for Rs. 100. The rate quoted shall from remain firm for acceptance till 31-3-2011. The Principal, Government
Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram will have powers to accept or reject any tenders without arguing any reason.
