Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the supply<br />
of Equipments required to the Drug Standardisation Unit<br />
of Government Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram for<br />
the year 2010-11 and for the supply upto 31-7-2011.<br />
Tenders should be superscribed ''Supply of<br />
Equipments'' addressed to the Principal, Government<br />
Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram. The last date of<br />
the receipt of tenders will be at 3 p.m. on 18-11-2010. The<br />
late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be<br />
opened at 3.30 p. m. on 18-11-2010 in the presence of<br />
such of the tenderers or their authorized representatives<br />
who may be present at that time.<br />
Intending tenderers may on application to the<br />
Principal, Govt. Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram to<br />
obtain tender forms on which tenders should be<br />
submitted. Application for the tender form should be<br />
accompanied by cash remittance of Rs. 416 (cost of tender<br />
form Rs. 400+ VAT Rs. 16) which is the price fixed for a<br />
form and which is not refundable under any<br />
circumstances. Tender forms are not transferable. Sale of<br />
tender forms will be closed at 1 p. m. on 18-11-2010.<br />
Cheque, Postal orders etc. will not be accepted towards<br />
the cost of forms. Those who wish to purchase tender<br />
forms by post shall send an additional amount of Rs. 50<br />
by money order to cover postal charges. Duplicate tender<br />
forms, if required will be issued at Rs. 208 (cost of tender<br />
form Rs. 200+ VAT Rs. 8) per copy.<br />
Intending tenderers should deposit an amount of 1%<br />
of the total cost quoted rate as Earnest Money Deposit<br />
by Demand Draft in favour of the Principal, Government<br />
Ayurveda College,Thiruvananthapuram together with an<br />
agreement in <strong>Kerala</strong> Stamp Paper worth Rs. 50. The rate<br />
quoted shall remain firm for acceptance till 31-3-2011. The<br />
Principal, Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram will have<br />
powers to postpone/cancel the tender.<br />
