Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the supply
of Autoclave—1 No. for the use of Institute of Animal
Health & Veterinary Biologicals, Palode, Pacha P. O.,
Thiruvananthapuram.
The tender should be superscribed as “Tender
No. XXI/2010-11” Supply of “Autoclave for TCRP” and
should be addressed to the Director, Institute of Animal
Health and Veterinary Biologicals, Palode, Pacha P. O.,
Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, Pin-695 562. Last date for the
receipt of the tender is 12-11-2010 at 11 a. m. Late
tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened
at 11.30 a.m. on 12-11-2010 in the presence of the
tenderers or their authorized representatives may present
at that time.
Intending tenderers may apply to the Director,
Institute of Animal Health & Veterinary Biologicals,
Palode, Pacha P. O., Thiruvananthapuram, Pin-695 562 for
obtaining the prescribed tender form on which the tender
should be submitted. Application for the tender form
should be accompanied by a cash remittance of Rs. 1,800
(Rupees One Thousand and Eight Hundred only) and
VAT 4% which is the price fixed for a set of tender form
and which is not refundable. The tender forms are not
transferable. Sale of the tender forms will be closed at
3 p. m. on 11-11-2010. Those who have wish to get the
tender form by post may sent Rs. 1,950 (Rupees One
thousand nine hundred and fifty only) by M. O. which
includes cost, taxes, postal charges etc. Cheques, Postal
Stamps, Demand Drafts etc. will not be accepted towards
the cost of tender forms nor will the forms be sent as
V. P. P. Duplicate forms if required will be issued at Rs. 900
(Rupees nine hundred only) and VAT 4% extra per copy.
