<strong>Judicial</strong> Questionnaires<br />

Fifty one (51) questions, most with many parts, were<br />

submitted to three (3) <strong>Comm</strong>on Pleas Judges who had<br />

presided over trials involving cameras in the courtroom.<br />

All three judges or 100% answered the questionnaires.<br />

Attorney Questionnaires<br />

Sixty two (62) questions, most with many parts, were<br />

submitted to nineteen (19) lawyers who had participated<br />

in trials involving cameras in the courtroom<br />

Fourteen (14) lawyers or 74% responded to the. ques-<br />

tionnaires.<br />

Jurors Questionnaires<br />

‘J!wenty (20) questions, most with many parts, were<br />

submitted to forty’ (40) jurors who had participated in<br />

trials involving cameras in the courtroom.<br />

Thirty four (34) jurors or 85% responded.<br />

Witness Questionnaires _<br />

Thirty three (33) questioris, most dontaming many<br />

parts, were submitted to ninety five (95) witnesses who<br />

. . had testified in trials involving’cameras in the co&&m.<br />

Thirty seven (37 j witnesses or 39% responded.<br />
