Dr. Lance Setterfield, Medical Director of Acacia
Dermacare in Victoria, B.C., was one of the early
adopters of dermal needling and consequently
has many years of experience to share. He has
experience with most forms of skin rejuvenation
modalities and conducted many years of research
and clinical trials to evaluate the effectiveness of these modalities in
specific situations. Dr. Setterfield believes optimizing skin health through
regulating cell function is an attainable goal. He specializes in “ideal” skin
rejuvenation treatment programs that protect the epidermis, preserve the
dermal papillae, optimize cell function, break down scar tissue and rebuild

bridge medical to esthetics and vice-versa.
She has experience in clinic set-up; protocol/procedure modification;
client file maintenance/follow-up procedures; marketing/
implementing new services/products to clinics; and developing inclinic
training programs for staff. Renée is involved in examining
“real world” practices and incorporating concepts/systems as they
are developed. Passionate about this industry, she loves to share her
practical knowledge with clinics and staff who can carry the torch.

skin care products to the specific skin problems and possibly change
nutritional habits following a corneotherapeutic consultation. In this
short presentation, we will introduce you to this exciting concept
and show you how your can have a unique point of difference.
