JACQUES-LEE PELLETIER E S<br />
Jacques-Lee started his career sharing his time<br />
and efforts between Montréal, Paris and Toronto.<br />
The presentation of his live sculptures<br />
at The Montreal Museum of Fine Arts in 1982<br />
brought him international attention. In 1985,<br />
the German magazine Mode Trend referred<br />
to him as avant-garde and described him as a<br />
poet and philosopher of matter and beauty. He has worked with<br />
some of the greatest names in the esthetic and hair business as well<br />
as contemporary dance, theatre, and contemporary opera. He has<br />
brought his magical touch to hundreds of photo shoots and TV ads<br />
for a variety of clients such as Finelle, Clinique, Marcelle, Coty, Avon,<br />
L’Oréal, Maybelline, Lise Watier, Clairol, Laboratoire Dr. Renaud, and<br />
other beauty giants, as well as Volkswagen, Toyota, Air Canada, Jean-<br />
Claude Poitras, McDonald’s, Molson, Daisy Fresh, Christina Swimwear,<br />
Michel Robichaud, Persi, Pennington’s, Simon Chang, The Canadian<br />
Fur Association, the TNM, L’Espace Go, Ogilvy, L’opéra de Montréal,<br />
and the Dairy Bureau of Ontario. It is also Jacques-Lee who signed<br />
the legendary award winning “Mr. B” ads for Bell Canada.<br />
A favourite of esthetic, hair, and skin care professional shows,<br />
Jacques-Lee was the main guest artist for the first American Aesthetic<br />
<strong>Show</strong> in New Orleans. He also has been twice the featured artist at<br />
the Chicago Midwest Beauty <strong>Show</strong>—a first for the second largest hair<br />
show in North America! He has done seminars and presentations to<br />
numerous important venues in the industry including: Maeva Cosmetic<br />
(New York, Detroit and Boston); Finelle Cosmetics (in more<br />
then 50 cities across North America); Americoiff (Detroit); Charles of<br />
the Ritz (Montréal and Dijon, France); Maria Galland (Paris); Arcancil<br />
(Québec and Ontario); Jeunique Cosmetics (Montréal, New York<br />
and Hawaii); Dr. Renaud (all over America and Paris); Jhirmack of<br />

Carol Phillips is a nationally-known keynote<br />
speaker, trainer, industry consultant and successful<br />
former spa owner. For the past 25<br />
years, she has inspired clients all over the<br />
globe to re-focus on working smarter, using<br />
their resources at hand to build traffic, sales,<br />
and customer loyalty—especially useful information<br />
in today’s challenging business climate.<br />
Carol Phillips’ unique selling approach enabled her spa to average<br />
55% of total revenues from retail sales alone, causing her to be named<br />
American Salon magazine’s First Retailer of the Year for her outstanding<br />
work in salon display, merchandising, retailing and staff training.<br />
Over the years, Carol’s articles and information have appeared in the<br />

team that wrote the definitive book, Retail Spa Management. Now<br />
beauty school students around the world are being trained with the<br />
first sales and marketing beauty school curriculum designed and<br />
