3.9 Hostacryl<br />
The Hostacryl grades are finely dispersed non-dusting<br />
pigment preparations with an acrylic carrier material.<br />
They contain about 50 % pigment. The special manufacturing<br />
method ensures excellent dispersion of the pigment<br />
preparations.<br />
The Colour Index data relate to the basic pigments.<br />
When used in food packaging, observe regional legislation<br />
(see page 3).<br />

3.10 Renol HW 30<br />
These pigment preparations based on a polyvinyl butyral<br />
as carrier material are suitable for use in systems which<br />
contain mostly alcohols. The main fields of application of<br />
the Renol HW 30 grades are highly transparent solvent<br />
based wood stains and marker inks, for which glycols<br />
and esters can be used as additional solvents.<br />
Furthermore, they can be used in gravure and flexographic<br />
printing inks based on nitrocellulose and for coating<br />
aluminium foils.<br />

3.11 Permajet 30<br />
The Permajet 30 grades are pigment preparations in<br />
powder form based on a vinyl chloride/vinyl acetate<br />
copolymer as carrier. The pigment content is about 50 %.<br />
The products offer very good dispersion properties.<br />
The Permajet grades are used for manufacturing of<br />
solvent-based ink jet inks and special inks based on<br />
ketone or ester/ketone systems.<br />
