' The computer code which this report describes was updated and used to per- <strong>for</strong>m studies comparing various solar central receiver systems <strong>for</strong> purposes of de- termining an optimum system design. This report describes the improvements which have been made in the code to more closely model a central receiver system, includes a description of the capabilities of the code, and provides a clearer description of how to use the computer code to determine an optimum system design.
