The Harmer family at Offham Farm has been producing conservation grade,<br />
additive free produce for hundreds of years. The farm has two large sites of<br />
special scientifi c interest and is in the higher level stewardship scheme.<br />
This means that the Pedigree Sussex cattle and Southdown sheep are farmed<br />
carefully to benefi t wildlife and the environment, while producing exceptionally<br />
well fl avoured, quality meat.<br />

The farm also has it’s own hens, pigs and bee colonies and the<br />
family and farm staff make fantastic cakes, pies, fl ans, pastries,<br />
