Tit. Ill, Ch. 3. PENSIONS. § 341-al.
4 inclusive, shall receive a monthly pension of twenty dollars per month,
5 during the lifetime of each such survivor, to be paid from the state
6 treasury on the proper vpucher being made, and out of funds not
7 otherwise appropriated.
