11 No reporter shall be provided for in the trial <strong>of</strong> action in class<br />

12 "B", unless the parly demanding the same shall pay the costs <strong>of</strong> said<br />

13 reporter to the clerk in advance which shall be taxed as costs in the<br />

14 case, unless otherwise ordered by the court in the case on trial.<br />

15 The transcript fees paid reporters will be the same as in the dis-<br />

16 trict court, and may be taxed as part <strong>of</strong> the costs on appeal.<br />

CHAPTER 2.<br />

SUPERIOR COURT.<br />

SECTION 6924. Salary <strong>of</strong> judge.<br />

1 In all such cities the salary <strong>of</strong> the judge <strong>of</strong> the superior court shall<br />

2 be thirty-seven hundred fifty dollars per annum, and paid quarterly ;<br />

3 the first two quarters from the city treasury, and the last two from<br />

4 the county treasury <strong>of</strong> the county wherein such court is located.<br />

SEC. 6927. Applicable to certain cities.<br />

1 Sections sixty-nine hundred twenty-two, sixty-nine hundred<br />

2 twenty-three, sixty-nine hundred twenty-five, sixty-nine hundred<br />

3 twenty-six <strong>of</strong> the compiled code and sixty-nine hundred twenty-four<br />

4 <strong>of</strong> this supplement shall apply to cities which now have, or may here-<br />

5 after have a population <strong>of</strong> forty-five thousand or more.<br />

CHAPTER 5.<br />

CLERK OF THE DISTRICT COURT.<br />

SECTION 6982. Fees to be collected and paid to county—when<br />

payable by county.<br />

1 The clerk <strong>of</strong> the district court shall be entitled to charge and<br />

2 receive the following fees :<br />

3 1. For filing any petition, appeal or writ <strong>of</strong> error and docketing<br />

4 the same, one dollar and fifty cents.<br />

5 2. For every attachment, fifty cents.<br />

6 3. For every cause tried by jury, one dollar and fifty cents.<br />

7 4. For every cause tried by the court, seventy-five cents.<br />

8 5. For every equity case, one dollar and fifty cents.<br />

9 6. For each injunction or other extraordinary process or order,<br />

10 one dollar.<br />

11 7. For all causes continued on application <strong>of</strong> a party by affidavit,<br />

12 fifty cents.<br />

13 8. For all other continuances, fifteen cents.<br />

14 9. For entering any final judgment or decree, seventy-five cents.<br />

15 10. For taxing costs, fifty cents.
