§ 6198-a6. REGISTRATION OP TRADEMARKS. Tit. XXI, Ch. 10-A.
4 counterfeits or imitations thereof ; and all courts having jurisdiction of
5 such actions shall grant injunctions to restrain such manufacture, use,
6 display or sale, and shall award the complainant therein such damages
7 resulting from such wrongful manufacture, use, display or sale, and a
8 reasonable attorney's fee to be fixed by the court, and said court shall
9 also order that all such counterfeits or imitations in the possession or
10 under the control of any defendant in such case be delivered to an of-
11 ficer of the court to be destroyed. Such actions may be prosecuted for
12 the benefit of any firm, association or corporation by any officer or
13 member thereof.

SEC. 6198-a6. Violations—penalty.
1 It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, association or corpora-
2 tion to imitate any label, trademark or form of advertisement adopted
3 as provided in this chapter, or to knowingly use any counterfeit or
4 imitation thereof, or to use or display such genuine label, trademark or
5 form of advertisement of such persons, firm, association or corporation
6 unless authorized by him or it. Any person violating any provision of
7 this section shall be imprisoned in the county jail not more than thirty
8 days, or be fined not less than twenty-five nor more than one hundred
9 dollars.
