SEC. 6179-a8. Fees.<br />

1 The commissioners shall charge, assess, and cause to be collected a<br />

2 reasonable fee for every examination or inspection <strong>of</strong> a warehouse un-<br />

3 der this chapter when such examination or inspection is made upon ap-<br />

4 plication <strong>of</strong> a warehouseman, and a fee not exceeding two dollars per<br />

5 annum for each license or renewal there<strong>of</strong> issued to a warehouseman<br />

6 under this chapter. All such fees shall be deposited and covered into<br />

7 the treasury as miscellaneous receipts.<br />

SEC. 6179-a9. License to classify, grade or weigh.<br />

1 The commissioners may, upon presentation <strong>of</strong> satisfactory pro<strong>of</strong><br />

2 <strong>of</strong> competency, issue to any person a license to classify any agricultural<br />

3 product or products, stored or to be stored in a warehouse licensed un-<br />

4 der this chapter, according to grade or otherwise and to certificate the<br />

5 grade or other class there<strong>of</strong>, or to weigh the same and certificate the<br />

6 weight there<strong>of</strong>, or both to classify and weigh the same and to certificate<br />

7 the grade or other class and the weight there<strong>of</strong>, upon condition that<br />

8 such person agree to comply with and abide by the terms <strong>of</strong> this chapter<br />

9 and <strong>of</strong> the rules and regulations prescribed hereunder so far as the<br />

10 same relate to him.<br />

SEC. 6179-alO. Suspension or revocation <strong>of</strong> license.<br />

1 Any license issued to any person to classify or to weigh any agri-<br />

2 cultural product or products under this chapter may be suspended or<br />

3 revoked by the commissioners whenever they are satisfied, after oppor-<br />

4 tunity afforded to the licensee concerned for a hearing, that such<br />

5 licensee has failed to classify or to weigh any agricultural product or<br />

6 products correctly, or has violated any <strong>of</strong> the provisions <strong>of</strong> this chapter<br />

7 or <strong>of</strong> the rules and regulations prescribed hereunder, so far as the<br />

8 same may relate to him, or that he has used his license or allowed it to<br />

9 be used for any improper purpose whatsoever. Pending investigation,<br />

10 the commissioners whenever they deem necessary, may suspend a<br />

11 license temporarily without hearing.<br />

SEC. 6179-all. Duty <strong>of</strong> warehouseman—discrimination.<br />

1 Every warehouseman conducting a warehouse licensed under this<br />

2 chapter shall receive for storage therein, so far as its capacity permits,<br />

3 any agricultural product <strong>of</strong> the kind customarily stored therein by him<br />

4 which may be tendered to him in a suitable condition for warehousing,<br />

5 in the usual manner in the ordinary and usual course <strong>of</strong> business, with-<br />

6 out making any discrimination between persons desiring to avail them-<br />

7 selves <strong>of</strong> warehouse facilities.<br />

SEC 6279-al2., Presumption attending storage.<br />

1 Any person who deposits agricultural products for storage in a<br />

2 warehouse licensed under this chapter shall be deemed to have de-
