SECTION 5744. Bond <strong>of</strong> superintendent.<br />

1 Before entering upon the discharge <strong>of</strong> the duties <strong>of</strong> his <strong>of</strong>fice the<br />

2 superintendent <strong>of</strong> banking shall give a corporate surety bond in the<br />

3 penal sum <strong>of</strong> twenty thousand dollars, conditioned as provided for in<br />

4 section six hundred twelve <strong>of</strong> the compiled code, same to be approved<br />

5 by the executive council and filed in the <strong>of</strong>fice <strong>of</strong> the secretary <strong>of</strong> state.<br />

SEC. 5746. Security required for bank examiners—qualifications.<br />

1 Each examiner shall give a corporate surety bond to the state,<br />

2 conditioned for the faithful discharge <strong>of</strong> his duties, for the sum <strong>of</strong><br />

3 three thousand dollars, which shall be filed with said superintendent<br />

4 and approved by him. Said examiners shall have had at least three<br />

5 years' experience in practical bank work or as bank examiners.<br />

SEC. 5747. Bond <strong>of</strong> deputy and assistants.<br />

1 The deputy superintendent and all such clerks, stenographers, spe-<br />

2 cial assistants and other employees shall give bond to the state in such<br />

3 sum as shall be fixed by the executive council.<br />

SEC. 5757. Superintendent <strong>of</strong> banking may refuse certificate to<br />
