CHAPTER 23.
TOWNSHIPS AND TOWNSHIP OFFICERS.
SECTION 3445-al. Maintenance of cemeteries outside of township.
1 County boundary lines shall not be a barrier in this state in the
2 application and use of money derived from taxation imposed by town-
3 ships for the maintenance and support of cemeteries as now provided
4 by law, providing, that such cemetery is located not to exceed one mile
5 from the corporate limits or boundary line of the township in which
6 the tax is raised, and provided, that such township utilizes such ceme-
7 tery for burial purposes.
