4 favor <strong>of</strong> the proposition, the school district shall be dissolved, and a<br />

5 new school corporation or corporations shall be organized in the same<br />

6 manner in which other new corporations are organized under this sec-<br />

7 tion 1 , and expenses incurred by the county superintendent shall be paid<br />

8 in the same manner.<br />

1 All consolidated schools organized in accordance with the pro-<br />

2 visions <strong>of</strong> this chapter, which are now or hereafter established with<br />

3 suitable grounds and a two-room school building and the necessary<br />

4 departments and equipment for teaching agriculture and home<br />

5 economics, or other industrial and vocational subjects, and employing<br />

6 teachers holding a certificate showing their qualifications to teach said<br />

7 subjects, and in which said subjects are provided as a part <strong>of</strong> the<br />

8 regular course in such schools, subject to the approval <strong>of</strong> the superin-<br />

9 tendent <strong>of</strong> public instruction, shall be awarded and paid from the state<br />

10 treasury, from moneys not otherwise appropriated, the sum <strong>of</strong> two<br />

11 hundred fifty dollars towards the equipment required, and the further<br />

12 sum <strong>of</strong> two hundred dollars annually.<br />

NOTE: This section is reprinted after eliminating the words, "the preceding<br />

section" and Inserting "this chapter" in lieu there<strong>of</strong>. This change is necessary<br />

owing to the fact that section 2524 (which was "the preceding section") was<br />

repealed by 39 G. A., ch. 175, and some forty sections inserted in lieu there<strong>of</strong>.<br />

SEC. 2534-al. Action to test legal incorporation—limitation.<br />

1 No action shall be brought questioning the legality <strong>of</strong> the organ-<br />

2 ization <strong>of</strong> any school district in this state after the exercise <strong>of</strong> the<br />

3 franchises and privileges <strong>of</strong> a district for the term <strong>of</strong> six months.<br />

SEC. 2534-a2. When corporation deemed organized—prima facie<br />

evidence.<br />

1 Every school corporation shall, for the purpose <strong>of</strong> the preceding<br />

2 section, be deemed duly organized and to have commenced the exercise<br />

3 <strong>of</strong> its franchises and privileges when the president <strong>of</strong> the board <strong>of</strong><br />

4 directors has been elected, and the record book <strong>of</strong> such corporation duly<br />

5 certified by the acting secretary there<strong>of</strong>, showing such election and the<br />

6 time there<strong>of</strong>, shall be prima facie evidence <strong>of</strong> such facts.<br />
