SEC. 1783-alO. Fee—duration <strong>of</strong> permit—renewals.<br />

1 A fee <strong>of</strong> twenty-five dollars shall accompany applications for<br />

2 manufacturer's permit for each plant where it is proposed to manu-<br />

3 facture biological products, and a fee <strong>of</strong> fifteen dollars shall accom-<br />

4 pany applications for dealer's permit for each warehouse or distribut-<br />

5 ing agency it is proposed to maintain. All permits shall be valid for<br />

6 one year from the date <strong>of</strong> issuance and renewals there<strong>of</strong> shall be sub-<br />

7 ject to like conditions, including fees as are imposed in the case <strong>of</strong><br />

8 original permits.<br />

SEC. 1783-all. Beports by permit holders.<br />

1 All permit holders shall make such written report to the com-<br />

2 mission as it may from time to time require.<br />

SEC. 1783-al2. Revocation <strong>of</strong> permit.<br />

1 The commission may revoke any permit issued by it for violation<br />

2 <strong>of</strong> the terms and conditions under which it was issued.<br />

SEC. 1783-al3. Prohibited sales.<br />

1 No biological products shall be sold or otherwise distributed, or<br />

2 <strong>of</strong>fered for sale or other distribution, or be used in this state except<br />

3 such as have been produced at a plant holding a United <strong>State</strong>s gov-<br />

4 ernment license for the manufacture <strong>of</strong> biological products or <strong>of</strong> such<br />

5 <strong>of</strong> said products as are <strong>of</strong>fered for sale, distribution or use, at the<br />

6 time said products were made.<br />

SEC. 1783-al4. Sales to permit holders only.<br />

1 No person shall sell, <strong>of</strong>fer for sale or otherwise distribute or <strong>of</strong>fer<br />

2 for distribution virulent blood or virus from cholera infected hogs<br />

3 other than to holders <strong>of</strong> valid permits to use the same.<br />

SEC. 1783-al5. Permits to administer—cancellation—discrimination<br />

prohibited.<br />

1 Written permits to administer virulent blood or virus from chol-<br />

2 era infected hogs shall be issued by the commission only to such per-<br />

3 sons as present satisfactory evidence that they are qualified to admin-
